The first priority is to connect an individual to family or community food and shelter resources. Other services include assistance with: establishing legal identity by obtaining identification documents; identifying and obtaining medical and psychiatric resources; applying for public benefits; identifying and obtaining safe and affordable housing; enrolling in age-appropriate educational programs; obtaining and retaining employment; and learning basic life skills including household maintenance and money management. How to Apply – Walk-in hours are from 1 - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
