Jackson-Perry Local Area Network (LAN # 4)

The Jackson-Perry Local Area Network (LAN # 4) is a collaborative effort of Jackson and Perry County community agencies, schools and parents that focuses on sharing information and filling service gaps so that at-risk children can remain in the community. 

A Family Team designs a wraparound plan that coordinates community resources they know about, then uses the expertise and resources of LAN participants to maximize benefits to the child and family.  LAN # 4 meets on the second Tuesday of every month. 

The Steering Committee Meets at 2:15 PM, and the Wraparound Committee meets at 3:00 PM.  The location varies, with most meetings occurring at the Adolescent Health Center in Carbondale, and occasional meetings occurring at Perry County Counseling Center in DuQuoin, IL. 

General questions regarding the LAN and wraparound services can be answered by calling SIRSS at 618-457-6703 (Jackson County) or 618-357-2513 (Perry County) and asking for Lynda Killoran at Extension 244. 

How to Refer – The LAN Process must be followed using material in the LAN Application Packet to access LAN resources.  Time with the wraparound committee can be scheduled by calling SIRSS at 618-457-6703 and asking for Lynda Killoran at Extension 244.
