Residential Services

Cornerstone Place Apartments is a supportive residential option in which individuals live in their own apartments.  Continuous 24-hour staff availability enables residents maximum independence with maximum support as they practice the skills needed to be self-sufficient.  SIRSS accepts payment for services from Medicaid, Medicare, FamilyCare, and some private insurers.  Some persons are eligible for services at discounted rates.  A source for payment of rent and utilities must be in place.

How to Apply – This service is only available to persons enrolled in other SIRSS services.
