The intensity of support for wellness and recovery varies according to need, and may be short-tem or long-term. Case management services might include assisting a person in linking with community resources and with finding and keeping a job. Depending on need, a person might also participate in one or more specialized services, which include Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Community Integration Services (CIS) or supportive residential services. SIRSS accepts payment from Medicaid, Medicare, FamilyCare, and some private insurers. Some persons are eligible for services at discounted rates. How to Apply – First time appointments are made by calling 618-457-6703 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM and asking forDean Marlow , the SIRSS Screening Specialist at 618-457-6703, Extension 273. When you call for an appointment, the Screening Specialist will want this information. You will be asked to bring these items with you to your first appointment.
