Appointments are scheduled within one week of payment. All provisions of the Illinois Drunk Driving Fee Policy apply once required information is provided. Unless extenuating circumstances are present, re-evaluations must be completed at the same agency that completed the initial evaluation. DUI Risk Education consists of 10 hours of education, as mandated by the Illinois Secretary of States Office. Classes are offered on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are expected to attend classes on two consecutive weekends and pass a written test. DUI services require payment of $100 or a fee waiver prior to enrollment. Questions about payment can be directed to Peg Lach at 618-457-6703, Extension 232.
