Individual office based mental health treatment services are tailored to meet the varying needs of each individual who enrolls. Many counseling groups are available addressing issues like depression, recovery from trauma, relationship difficulties, stress management, ADHD, and self-esteem.
A 12-week Anger Management Skills Group helps individuals learn to effectively cope with anger, which then enhances their interactions with others and improves personal well-being.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is effective for persons with multiple difficulties that include unstable mood, self-injurious behavior, impulsive behavior, risky behavior, suicidal threats or attempts, and intense or unstable relationships.
SIRSS accepts payment from Medicaid, Medicare, FamilyCare, and many private insurers. Some persons are eligible for services at discounted rates.
How to Apply - First time appointments are made by calling 618-457-6703 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
When you call for an appointment, the Customer Care Representative will gather this information. You will be asked to bring these items with you to your first appointment. Every attempt will be made to schedule first appointment within three weeks of your request. Generally, first appointments take about 2 hours.
