DUI Services

Standardized DUI evaluations are completed by certified personnel as required by the State of Illinois Secretary of State's Office. Appointments are scheduled within one week of payment.  Unless extenuating circumstances are present, updated evaluations must be completed at the same agency that completed the initial evaluation.

DUI Risk Education consists of 10 hours of education, as mandated by the Illinois Secretary of States Office. Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 5 pm to 7:30 pm. In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are expected to attend 4 consecutive classes and pass a written test.

Each DUI service requires a cash or money order payment of $120. Some persons may be eligible for services at discounted rates.  Questions about payment can be directed to 618-457-6703.

All DUI services are offered in both English and Spanish. Assessments and classes in Spanish are by appointment.
